Common Customer Questions

I bought woven shade from someone else, the color faded and then it fell apart, how is yours different?

• Some companies use recycled resin, UV additives can't be recycled. We require our sources do periodic quality checks to confirm resin is first use only.
  
• Our source adds enough UV protection for the hottest, sunniest areas in the US to be sure our products last.
  

• Polypropylene is a stiffer raw material that will be dimensionally stable with less stretch.
  

• Cutting on site is not recommended as woven fabric can unravel when cut. It is best to have this fabric cut to size and edges sewn/finished prior to installation.
  
• If cutting on site is needed, it is recommended the fabric edges be folded multiple times to prevent immediate fraying.
